Abstract

Abstract: A general scheme for constructing a class of orthogonal multiscaling functions with general cardinal property is presented. The corresponding orthogonal
multiwavelets also have the same general cardinal property. The multiwavelets sampling theorem is established. Finally, the authors give some examples.
